About Our Program

Our family support provides one-on-one assistance to provide you with opportunities for personal development through case work and psychological services.

Our community strengthening workshops and sessions will help you build cohesion, inclusion and wellbeing through group sessions and community events.

What support can you offer?

We can provide support to address:

Who is the service for?

We provide support for children, young people, families, and communities who are:

  • Experiencing or are at risk of vulnerability that, if not addressed, may escalate
  • In a position or where it has identified there is a significant risk or danger of serious harm occurring
  • Experiencing vulnerabilities that have the potential to impact on parents’ capacity to adequately protect and care for their children

Do you support Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities?

Metro Assist prioritises all its family services towards Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. We can make sure:
  • Cultural considerations are understood and met
  • Needs are met early to prevent increased vulnerability
  • Providing timely, effective, accessible, and culturally safe support and services
