About Our Program
What is the Love & Hope Hub?
The Love & Hope Hub is a special place made for you if you are a woman from a culturally diverse background and are experiencing domestic and family violence. We understand that you might face many barriers like language difficulties, cultural pressure, visa worries, and not knowing where to get help. This hub is here to support you, all in one place.

What kind of help can you get?
At the Love & Hope Hub, you can get support with your safety, legal advice, financial help, and job programs. The services are delivered in a way that respects your culture and language. You will also find free Wi-Fi, materials in different languages, and information sessions made just for you.
Who will support you at the Hub?
You will meet friendly staff from Metro Assist, Legal Aid, Services Australia, and police liaison officers. They will listen to you and work together to make sure you feel safe and supported. We also work with TAFE and Carer Gateway to bring you even more services.
How does the Hub make a difference?
Many women who come to the Hub say they feel much safer and more hopeful. The Hub helps you make a plan for your safety, find housing, get legal and financial help, and rebuild your life with strength and confidence.
