About Our Program

Dress For Work Youth Program is designed specifically for boys and young men aged 10-24, helping to build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of identity. Our evidence-based programs provide the support and guidance you need to thrive. Over the past year, we’ve worked with hundreds of young men just, using proven engagement strategies that make a real difference.

What Programs Do You Provide?

We offer a range of tailored programs designed to support boys and young men aged 10-24 as they build confidence, resilience, and career readiness.

Bespoke Fittings & Coaching

We provide professional styling and interview coaching to help young men prepare for job opportunities with confidence.

  • Bespoke Fitting – $100: A one-on-one session with a professional stylist at our Bankstown boutique, including a well-fitted suit, tie, and belt.
  • Bespoke Fitting + Coaching – $150: A styling session plus a 30-minute interview coaching session, covering interview best practices and a mock interview.

Boys 2 Men: DFW School Program

This 10-week school-based program equips boys and young men with life skills, leadership training, and resilience-building strategies. We focus on creating a safe space where they can develop confidence, healthy relationships, and a strong sense of belonging.

Dress for Work Youth Program

Our evidence-based workshops help young men navigate career pathways, personal challenges, and social pressures while promoting positive masculinity. We work with schools, community groups, and youth organisations to deliver engaging, impactful sessions.

What Do the Programs Cover?

Our workshops focus on key areas of personal growth and development, including:

  • Confidence & Resilience – Helping young men embrace their strengths and navigate life’s challenges.
  • Mental Health & Alcohol Awareness – Breaking stigma, encouraging open conversations, and providing support strategies.
  • Leadership & Decision-Making – Teaching responsible choices, teamwork, and goal setting.
  • Peer Pressure & Online Behaviour – Providing tools to handle social pressures and digital interactions responsibly.
  • Anger Management & Conflict Resolution – Helping young men understand their emotions and communicate effectively.

Can You Come to Us?

Yes! We’re expanding our reach to bring our services directly to schools, community centers, and workplaces. Thanks to our new mobile van, we can provide suit fittings, coaching sessions, and workshops across NSW, including Canberra, Wollongong, and Newcastle.
