We’re still buzzing from the incredible energy at the Youth Pathways Expo 2025! 🙌 This year, as part of the career expo, over 35 amazing services united to connect young people with real career and training opportunities, and we couldn’t be more excited about the future ahead for them!
A Powerful Partnership for Youth Empowerment
This year’s career expo, proudly presented in partnership with the City of Canterbury Bankstown, Canterbury Bankstown Chamber of Commerce (CBCC), Western Sydney University, and Transit Systems, brought together organizations, employers, education experts, and recruiters to give young people a clear path forward in their careers. The theme of Youth Week was brought to life through an event that truly embodies the possibilities for the next generation of leaders.
Empowering Youth with Real Opportunities
What started four years ago as a humble initiative has grown into a powerful platform for young Australians, and this year’s event was no exception. Over 35 services came together under one roof to give young people the chance to connect directly with the right people who could help them take the next step in their career journey.
We had everything from recruiters and training providers to employers and career services—all in one place to help young people explore options, ask questions, and make informed choices about their future.
Dress for Success: Empowering Young Job Seekers
One of the standout moments at the career expo was the arrival of our Dress for Work van, ready with brand new suits to ensure young people felt empowered and job-ready. This is just one of the ways we help youth feel confident as they step into the professional world.
It was also a privilege to have Andre Wolford, professional basketball player with the Bankstown Bruins, join us to inspire future leaders. His words of encouragement were a reminder that no matter where you come from, the future is full of possibilities.
Building Confidence and Creating Opportunities
